Lead time
Most stocked items ship within 3–5 business days of order confirmation. Made-to-order finishes and custom sizes typically ship in 3–6 weeks. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Damaged or missing items
Inspect your shipment as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged or missing, photograph the packaging and contents and contact us within 48 hours so we can file a claim with the carrier and replace the item.
